Privacy policy
Last updated: 6 November 2026
This policy explains what information Inamdar Serenity Farms ("we") collects when you visit inamdarserenityfarms.in and how we use it.
What we collect
- Booking enquiries. The booking calendar does not store anything on our servers. When you tap "Send booking request on WhatsApp", WhatsApp opens with your chosen dates and guest count, and you decide whether to send it. We receive only what you send us on WhatsApp or by phone.
- Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser, and how you found us. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. It does not give us your name or contact details.
How we use it
We use enquiry details only to reply to you, confirm and manage your booking, and handle the security deposit. We use analytics data only to improve the website. We do not sell or rent your information.
Who else processes it
Messages you send us go through WhatsApp (Meta). Analytics data is processed by Google. The website is hosted on Vercel. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
Only Google Analytics sets cookies on this site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site works without them.
How long we keep it
We keep booking messages for as long as needed to manage your stay and meet legal and accounting requirements. Google Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Analytics account.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information you have shared with us, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
